Diet Experiences

Andreas Schumacher

We all had tried different types of diets at one point in our life. Books, magazines, health gurus, doctors, as well as scientists pray about the newest and best diets and weight loss methods. Most of the time, these authors can't even provide a study for their results.

The experiences of the Nutreas-Team can be summed up the following: "Diets are useless!" The key factor is the nutritional intake which has to be changed for the long-run. 8-12 week long diets do not lead to any success. The vast majority of the people end up in a JOJO-Effect (a quick weight loss, followed by an even faster and additional weight gain). For the long-run there is only one option. A healthy and balanced nutritional food intake.

The issues of diets so far is the following: Too many carbohydrates (not enough healthy ones such as vegetables and fruits), too much sugar, not enough water, tea and protein. Most of us make a significant mistake throughout the day - not eating enough meals. There should be at least 6 meals consumed throughout the day.

The issue with diets now a days is the problem of falling back into old habits. The typical nutritional intake is not construed for the long-run. These diets put us into situations with too many limitations.

To lose weight the healthy way there are a lot of important factors as well as essential nutrients. One needs at least 2 grams of protein per bodyweight kg (2,25 pounds) a day. Protein should be consumed throughout the day and a minimum of 6 meals a day is a requirement. In addition, the body needs at least 0,1 gram of BCAA per kg bodyweight during your workout. A frequent change of protein types is essential as well, otherwise, allergic reactions can be the result. Furthermore, the body will adapt to the protein-source and it is not resorbed very well.

Negative experiences of diets are based on a monotonic lifestyle and workouts. If one chooses the same daily rhythem and workout schedules, it becomes more difficult to lose weight.

One of the most important products to lose weight is neglected by almost all of us - fish oil. In the first 2 weeks an obese person should consume at least 30 grams throughout the day (with meals). After 2 weeks the intake can be reduced to 5 grams per day.

Persons with extreme obesity should consumre after their workout or for dinner at least 60 grams of Nutreas Whey Protein Isolat (Nutreas Soy Protein Isolat) + 20 grams of L-Glutamine + 20 grams of L-Glycine. Zinc is necessary as well (Zinc chelate) or Holy Basil Extract. Rhodiola Roseas does help to reduce the stress in the body.

The experiences of weight loss and diets are far ranging. To fight weight gains there is only one efficient and effective way to do so. A long-term change in nutrition/nutrients, the additional intake of supplements and a rotating workout schedule.
